Pentair Clean & Clear Plus filters have a corrosion resistant, injection molded tank for superior strength and reliability. The cartridge assembly uses four easy to clean, non-woven, polyester elements for prolonged use. Each filter is supplied with a bulkhead union set for easy installation. Water flows very efficiently through the filters allowing the use of smaller pumps and lower speeds which minimizes energy use. The fiberglass reinforced tank halves are secured with an innovative clamp ring, just loosen the ring and remove the top half for easy cartridge access, filter maintenance doesn't get any easier than this.
